Hamlin PTSO (Parent Teacher Student Organization)


Vision and Mission Statement:

The Hamlin Middle School PTSO exists to enrich student experiences, support HMS goals, and to build up the staff, students and families that make up our school community. Our fundraising efforts provide encouraging, inspirational, and educational experiences for everyone that is connected to Hamlin Middle School.

Fundraisers are used to provide inspiring and educational experiences at school.

PTSO Events:

  • Oct. 6 Hamlin Open House

  • Oct. 14 Menchies Frozen Yogurt Night

  • Oct. 28 (Fri) 7pm-9pm Harvest Howl Costume Dance
    (only for Hamlin students)

  • Jan. 28 Hamlin Winter Grit Fun Run

  • Feb. 14 (Tues) Photos with firneds (during lunches)

  • Feb. 17 Dance

  • Mar. 6-10 Classified Staff Appreciation Week
    (PTSO will be planning something to show our appreciation of Staff)

  • Mar. Box Top Drive

  • Mar. Papa's Pizza Night

  • Apr Hamlin Community Health Fair local organizations present info & activities related to health & fitness)

  • May 1-5 Teacher Appreciation Week
    (PTSO will be planning something to show our appreciation of Teachers)

  • May 12 Dance

  • June 15 8th Grade Advancement Celebration

Meetings are always the 3rd Wednesday of the month - 6-7 pm in the Hamlin Library Sept. 22, Oct. 20, Nov. 17, Dec. 15, Jan. 19, Feb. 16, Mar. 16, Apr. 20, May 18th, Jun. TBA
